ICAP is not-for-profit organization promoting dialogue involving the drinks industry, the research and public health communities, government, and civil society, encouraging them to work together to reduce harmful drinking. ICAP held their first international conference on Initiatives to Reduce Harmful Drinking, at the Capitol Hilton in Washington DC, on October 8 and 9 2012. Over 300 people attended this 2 day event of seminars, panel discussions and roundtables covering various aspects of this important topic. 

IMG provided the following services leading up to and for the event: • Creative consultation to create the look and feel of the conference, including staging and set up of the media coverage for the event and projection • Crew and facilities for the live event production including full 3 camera set up • Full studio production services for the intros, close segments and 5 videos rolled in throughout the event. • Additional interviews and b-roll footage during the event. • Design, development and implementation (including hosting) of website for conference.
