Ready on the setIMG’s two, first-rate sound stages are conveniently located in downtown Washington, D.C, just blocks from the White House. IMG has successfully managed productions of all shapes & sizes for over 40 years.
Our studio experience includes single and multi-camera live broadcasts; video conferences; satellite media tours; webcasts and streaming events; green screen effects’ shoots; interviews; product shots and more for a creatively diverse range of clients.
Soundstages & Gear
IMG studios are equipped with full lighting, grip, and HD & 4K camera packages along with a state-of-the-art digital control room.
The control room is outfitted with an HD switcher; expansive monitor wall; audio board; IFB & phone system; character generator, and multiple record and playback options.
Amenities
In-house set options, that can accommodate multiple configurations, are at the ready. IMG can design and build customized sets to meet your specific needs.
Support rooms for use with the studios include: two conference rooms, Green room, Makeup room and a café with seating for up to 40 people. A range of craft services and catering options are available upon request.

Transmission & Streaming
Global transmission includes both outbound and inbound LIVE program feeds. IMG utilizes fully uncompressed HD-SDI fiber lines to/from Verizon’s DC AVOC – providing unique connectivity with satellite and fiber optic partners.
IMG’s in-house Digital Media department handles all facets of webcast production and LIVE streaming in a variety of bit rates and formats.
