A Virtual awards ceremony for the Addys, helped save the day for the American Advertising Federation of DC. Honorees were recognized via a live-switched production with plenty of panache.
AAF DC enlisted IMG to re-imagine their annual event due to the need for social distancing during the Pandemic. The show host was Skyped in joining two co-hosts safely distancing on Set at IMG studios. A skeleton crew, video/music inserts, member call-ins, and audience participation via twitter packaged it to perfection. Viewers from the DMV Ad community tuned in and chimed in. The show did indeed go on!
